These terms and conditions ("Document") constitute a legal agreement between jbdyy ("Company") and any person ("Player" or "you") who accesses or uses jbdyy's website, mobile platform, and related services ("Service"). By continuing to use this service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

1 Definitions and Purpose of Service

jbdyy is a platform providing online casino games, live dealer games, football betting, and a variety of other gaming services for players in Myanmar. These services are real-money wagering services offered for entertainment purposes, and are only available to adults aged 21+.

1.1 — Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this service, you —

• Confirm that you are an adult aged 21 or over.
• Confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Also agree to accept the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policies.

1.2 — Changes to Terms

jbdyy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. When changes occur, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be updated. Continued use of the service after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration and Usage Policy

To access services at jbdyy, each player may only hold one registered personal account.

2.1 — Account Registration

• Each player may only open one personal account. Additional accounts will be closed and jbdyy reserves the right to restrict access to any funds held in them.
• All personal details provided at registration — name, contact number, and bank account — must be accurate and correct.
• If an account is found to have been opened with false information, it will be closed and any withdrawal requests may be refused.

2.2 — Account Security

• Players are responsible for keeping their account login details confidential.
• jbdyy will not be responsible for any financial losses resulting from activity on a player's own account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, report it to jbdyy customer service immediately and temporarily lock your account for protection.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 — Deposits

The following policies apply when making a deposit.

• Accepted payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay only.
• The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
• Players must deposit using their own payment method only. Deposits from third parties will be refused and returned.
• Deposit processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider. jbdyy reserves the right to set regional limits on deposit amounts.

3.2 — Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method registered on the player's account. jbdyy reserves the right to refuse additional counterparty requests.
• While any bonus balance remains, withdrawal requests may be restricted — winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn once the Wagering Requirement has been met.
• jbdyy reserves the right to request KYC (identity verification) as required.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

Bonuses and promotions offered by jbdyy come with conditions and may be changed or applied differently at jbdyy's discretion on a per-player basis.

4.1 — First Deposit Bonus

• The welcome bonus is 200% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager more than 20 times the bonus amount (Wagering Requirement 20x).
• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks. You must wager over 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• Example — deposit 220,000 Ks, receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 420,000 Ks. You must wager over 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• Only play in game categories designated as counting toward the Wagering Requirement — such as Live Dealer games, slots, and football betting — will be counted in the calculation.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is available once per player and is subject to time limits.
• If bonus abuse is detected, jbdyy reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• jbdyy reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus at its discretion.

5 VIP Program Policy

The jbdyy VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on a player's activity history and regularity of play.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

The cashback amount you receive depends on your tier and volume of play, and is paid out weekly in accordance with jbdyy's terms.

6 Prohibited Activities

Use of this service for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited —

• Access or use by anyone under the age of 21.
• Any transfer of funds intended for money laundering.
• Cheating, use of bots or scripts, operating multiple accounts that are not personally played, or colluding to fraudulently obtain bonuses.
• Using this service in violation of local laws.

If any of these rules are found to have been violated, jbdyy has the right to immediately suspend the player's account and handle any funds in accordance with applicable regulations.

7 Game Integrity and Technical Issues

Games played at jbdyy operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and fair play policies.

• If a game freezes and stops mid-play due to a technical error, jbdyy will return the remaining balance from that game round to the original player, and that decision is final.
• If the initial card deal or display is faulty, the game will be reviewed carefully before a result is determined.
• Any winnings resulting from an attempted manipulation of game results may be voided.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

jbdyy protects players' personal data using SSL encryption and will not share it with any third party — except where required by law. Full details on personal data protection can be found on the Privacy Policy page.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

jbdyy respects and supports players' healthy gaming habits. Playing should be for entertainment purposes only and should not be seen as a way to make money.

11 Limitation of Liability

jbdyy provides this service on an "As-Is" basis and cannot guarantee service availability (Uptime). jbdyy is not liable for any losses caused by server maintenance, ISP interruptions, or third-party intrusions.
